Confirmation
Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you are using a Hotmail account please check your spam/junk folder.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Age restrictions parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.

Privacy policy
Any and all information given to balaclavacph.com is is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties, and is strictly used between the customer and balaclavacph.com.

Resale
Our merchandise is intended for retail consumers only. You shall not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Returns during Christmas season

All orders placed between the 15th of November and the 22nd of December will be considered as Christmas presents and can be returned or exchanged until the 7th of January.

Returns
Return goods within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund. Any customer wishing to return goods must fill out the return form. The return form is sent to you in your order confirmation e-mail. Fill out this form with the relevant information and place it in the package returned to Balaclava. Returns without a return form will not be considered. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping, on international orders) is deposited back into the customer’s account or exchanged for something else. When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. balaclavacph.com will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, this is the customers sole responsibility.

Defect item / reklamation
If you for some reason feel you have received a defect item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defect, you must contact us immediately by sending an e-mail with your invoice number and a picture/description of the defected item. Please send to shop@balaclavacph.com with subject “Reklamation“. Once we receive an e-mail from you, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Refund

Refunds for returned products will be made to the cardholder as soon as shop receives the package. For some credit cards (Mastercard etc), expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. Freight will not be refunded for international customers.

Exchange

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that balaclavacph.com will not accept exchanges, only returns. For returns please send to the address below:
